File Your Opposition with the PUCT
The PUCT has turned on comments for the 765kv transmission line project from Bell County East to Big Hill. The docket number assigned to this proposed segment is 58559. What does this mean?
This is a way to send your comments about the Bell County East - Big Hill project to the PUCT. You will load your comments into the interchanger. Your must FIRST write your comments into a word document and save to your computer. Then you will upload your document to the website/Interchange Filer.

1. Enter into your browser interchange.puc.texas.gov/filer
2. Click on the Begin button.
3. Enter the control number 58559.
4. Enter your contact information and check the save box so you can enter multiple opinions and comments on different dates.
5. Enter Your Filing Party Name. This is just your name, address and phone number. Hit the save box so it is there should you file again.
6. Filing Type. This is a pull down menu and you want to check comments.
7. Add a filing description. I made mine based on the subject matter. "ERCOT Reliability Plan Discrepancies" or you could use "Opposition to the Bell County East - Big Hill 765kv Project". Whatever you choose will be fine.
8. Press the Continue button and upload your file by pressing the UPLOAD button and selecting the file from your computer.
9. Press enter to upload. When it is done uploading make sure you read the next page to verify that everything is accurate before hitting send.
10. The next page should give you the tracking number of your filing.
You should also receive an email telling you that your filing has been accepted. The first email says they have your filing and will send another email of acceptance. Then you get a second email with the acceptance.

The Bell County East - Big Hill and the Big Hill - Sand Lake are two of the proposed routes that are being built by the joint venture between Texas LCRA and the private company, Oncor.
The Dinosaur - Longshore Switch and the Longshore - Drill Hole Switch is being built by Oncor alone.
